Gurjar Kanya Gurukul Mahavidyala is a part of a chain of institutions being run under the banner of Kanya Vidya Pracharini Sabha and own their existence to the philanthropic spirit of Shri Om Prakash Ji Gandhi. The college is an autonomous college. It is affiliated to Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra.
The college offers several courses such as B.A. with English, Hindi, Political Science, Economics, History, Public Administration, Physical Education, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Computer etc. , B.Com[General], B.Sc. [Non-Medical]
The cultural programs and talent shows organised in the college give a platform to the girls to refine their abilities and endowments in various skills. Due emphasis is laid on sports, NSS, Moral Education and Environmental studies for all round development of the girls.
